Violinist, fiddler, composer, producer and educator Darol Anger has performed in a number of musical styles, from the jazz-oriented Turtle Island String Quartet to the bluegrass-derived supergroups Psychograss, Newgrange and the David Grisman Quintet. He has worked with some of the world's great improvising string musicians, among them Stephane Grappelli, Mark O'Connor, Béla Fleck, Mike Marshall and Vassar Clements, and is featured on dozens of critically lauded recordings.
