David Torn is an innovative solo guitarist, recording artist, composer and producer. One of the creators of the new electronic music movement, he has contributed his talents to numerous recordings and major film scores, and has worked with Mark Isham, Don Cherry, David Sylvian, Jan Garbarek, Bill Bruford, Michael Shrieve, Patrick O'Hearn and The Snakes, among others.
David has formed the group Polytown with Terry Bozzio and long-time associate Mick Karn; produced "Tonal Textures", a CD-ROM of textural loops; and has acted as a consultant for Lexicon, Klein Guitars, Rivera, Steinberger, Yamaha, and Peavey.
