All Homespun DVD, video, cassette and CD lessons are unconditionally guaranteed against technical malfunction. If you have any problems with a defective product, we will exchange it for another copy of the same title. We want you to learn from your Homespun lessons, and through them gain greater enjoyment from playing and creating music. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with tapes you've ordered from us, you may exchange them within 7 days of receiving them for credit or a comparable video or audio lesson of your choice. Please include postage for an exchange and allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing. (The information will be on the reverse side of the packing slip in your order.)
