How To Order:

Ordering on Homespun's web site is fast, easy and safe. Here are some suggestions that will help you get the best possible service and delivery. Don't forget to consult the chart on the Shipping Policies page for postage and handling rates.

Customer Service:

If you have any questions about your order, you can always email us at info@homespuntapes.com. If you need to speak to customer service personally, we can be reached by phone every weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Eastern Time. At other times, our answering machine is at your service.

Overseas Orders:

We ship orders all over the world. Consult our shipping chart for overseas postage and handling rates. 

European Format:

Our DVDs work in all regions, including Europe, the UK, South America and Asia. Those of you in countries outside the U.S. should have no problems playing them.

US Deliveries:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving them, and you will receive your package within 2-8 business days, depending on your location. If a product is back-ordered, your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

Canadian Deliveries:

You should receive your order within two weeks (possibly sooner). If not, call your local post office or customs office before contacting us to inquire about your order.

Custom Charges:

We mark all of our packages "Educational Materials" which may reduce some of the charges levied by your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over an individual country's customs charges. Please do not ask us to alter our package labeling for you
